Digital Knitting Patterns
Norgardknit sells digital knitting patterns in PDF format for download. It's crucial you provide the correct email address; an error means you won't receive your order confirmation or download link(s).

Knitting patterns bought from Norgardknit.com are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or resold. Finished knitted items also cannot be marketed for resale or used commercially.

Order Confirmation & Delivery
All patterns are digital files. Immediately after your purchase, you'll get an order confirmation at your provided email address, followed by another email with direct download link(s) for the PDF file(s).

If you don't receive your order confirmation or an email saying "Your knitting pattern is ready for download," please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at info@norgardknit.com.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Goods
By buying digital goods (knitting pattern downloads), you agree that, according to Danish law, your 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once the download begins. This means digital products are non-returnable.

Payment
Norgardknit.com accepts online payments including MobilePay, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

(Please note: If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the Danish chargeback scheme. You can find more about these terms on PayPal's website).

Your payment will be debited from your account immediately after the purchase is complete and your order confirmation email has been sent.

All prices on the website include VAT and delivery.

We use the following currencies for pricing:
EURO (EUR) on the English-language.
Danish kroner (DKK) on the Danish-language page.

Norgardknit.com uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is safe and unreadable by external parties.

When you buy from Norgardknit.com, your payment details (e.g., credit card data) are securely processed by Shopify Payments or another external payment gateway. Norgardknit does not directly access or store your full payment card details. Our payment partners comply with the highest security standards (PCI DSS) to protect your sensitive data.
